April 9th, 2019 My attempt at another sub 9 min mile. It was easy I think I can do it faster. I'll try for 845 in a few days. February 28th, 2019 That feeling when the hard work is paying off. 2 weeks ago I changed the diet(kinda) and changed workout routines.
