I'm going to guess the translator matrix translated things from something a lot less pleasant.
You may have seen crowdsources closed captions for larger channel. It wasnโt available to everyone. Now it is! When you go to the closed caption options of your video, there is a toggle button in the bottom right hand corner to turn on community submissions.
They are also allowing you to translate title of videos, but I donโt think there is a great way to translate your whole video. If you want the whole video translated, I think that is also a crowd sourced effort with closed captions.
