I’ve got a lot of fics now and I feel like that can get overwhelming so I figured I would highlight my standalone favorites as an ‘introduction to my writing’ kind of thing.

Week 2 of learning to watercolor. I didn’t follow any tutorials this time and drew inspiration for these from a family of characters that I write with.

This is all I can see on the document right now…

Yes? This episode just came out a few hours ago and this is a volunteer effort. The document will be empty until volunteers jump in there and transcribe it. But this is a good opportunity to remind people... 

Recently, as the Balance arc has drawn to a close, we’ve had a lot of volunteers working very effectively together to transcribe episodes with amazing speed. People were excited about the finale, and eager to make the last episodes accessible to more people as soon as possible. Volunteers worked together to break up the episodes and tackle different parts to transcribe everything as quickly as possible.

Please don’t take that effort for granted! It takes a lot of time and work to create these transcripts. Most of us transcribing are slowing down the sound in order to hear and type at the same time, and end up relistening to the audio to make sure everything is captured. A single person can easily spend hours and hours transcribing a 50-minute episode. Cooperation makes it go faster, but several people coordinating with each other also takes work.

So I just want to recognize again that the TAZscripts project owes so much to many many people freely giving incredible amounts of time to do this work. While I’ve been writing this answer, someone(s) did a page of transcribing on TTAZZ: Balance Finale Edition. And they’re still at it. Thank you to them, and to all our volunteers!
