Using my blogs to reflect
I believe that although my more personal blogs outline issues that I’ve had to deal with over the years, or issues that I still have to deal with today, they serve a purpose for us all.
All my blogs carry an underlying message for us to think about so that we can look at our own issues and deal with those. My blogs are there for us to reflect on what we deal with, even though what I’ve written is something different to what you deal with. The underlying message to the blog is the same.
Perhaps ask yourselves thought provoking questions so that you can develop a deeper level of understanding around your own issues. When we ask questions, we help change how we see things, how we feel about certain situations and then how we act.
Soul work works in very much the same way. Soul work is for anyone wanting to understand themselves on a more personal, intimate level. It’s an intimate analysis of us in an effort to determine our true feelings.
In turn, new thoughts on old issues can lead to new emotions and new emotions brings about new actions that help bring about change. When we look at an issue we’re still carrying a situation we know about that we’re not dealing with and where we could have done things differently.
It is always important to reflect on our behaviour. It's a way for us to look at how we can change an outcome that perhaps has set us on our current path. Without analysis, we will never come face to face with our feelings, or actions.
All we’ll do is outwardly look to others who the blame initially resides with.
