And can I make a comics of your ideas and stuff because I think it would be fun to make a comic of the knights handbook with your characters and ideas (also like all your other work! Your ideas are so fun) , but I wanted to ask for permission before I start anything?

Finally finished the DTIYS thingy for The Knight’s Handbook after getting… easy too carried away 😅

Anyway!

This is Mekhi (Prounounced “Mech-Eye”)

His Mortal Wound is located in his eye and died protecting a child in a school shooting as a teacher. He was friends with the late Knight Queen and was a close advisor. Mourning is hard, and the political unrest resulting from two Knight Queens takes a toll, but he is supportive of both of them and keeps his cautiously optimistic outlook for the future

Uhh, he’s very bird themed, no real reason, but ravens (what I based most of the bird accents off of) are known to be pretty intelligent and I always thought they looked very regal and fit for someone like Mekhi who is very wise and respected by all :)

I feel like I made him a bit too tied into the plot so I feel like I’m overstepping, so I don’t know if you’ll be okay with that 😭

So the last time I drew him, he looked kind of wimpy, so I had him a liiiiitle bit more bulky, I guess? He can kick box now.

I also thought it would be a bit more interesting if he was a popular student in the school, contrasting how shy he is. Not even he knows if it’s a mask of him being ‘mysterious’ and ‘mellow’, or that’s just how he is because he’s not comfortable with some of the people he’s associated with.

I mentioned before that he died by a train accident saving a guy (and revived). I’m making them to be friends, maybe lovers??? (Not set in stone)

Okay, so I’ve been absolutely enamoured with The Knights Handbook by @/elmushterri here on Tumblr that I just had to draw myself in it!! (And also reignited how much I love draw and render armor)

I went for a more period typical look bc I couldn’t resist, but I did try and sketch out a design that might be more accurate

I decided to go for an older Knight, bc heho I love the medieval age (died protecting the family farm 🫡🫡💪💪) so the mortal wound is this big diagonal slash on the chest, and the weapon is a flintlock pistol bc as much as I love sword fighting I’m not too familiar w/ bc I LIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AND CANT JOIN NO MATTER HOW MUCH I WANT TO 😭😭

due to Asta being literally blind and not being able to write properly, I like to think her book has a mind of its own, knowing when Asta wants to talk with someone else. When she gets a message from someone else, the book will state the message aloud

Her power is flying and she can make magical blasts and barriers. She has a habit of dissapearig She is weary of other people and wears a mask, a remnant of a childhood game shed play with her best friend.

I made an awakened knight form but the colors used really suck and erasing wasnt an option (after the fourth try). Elmushteri if you see this could you please (only if you want to) reassign or rearrange the colors ?
