#TIUTEAM Yesterday my mom and I took a road trip from Dallas to San Antonio then on to South Padre Island our final Destination ✨🌴🍍💗 . I'll be honest today's been rough! I didn't want to workout this morning - I have ate my meals like regular buttt I had a cup of ice cream 😹😹😹🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️💗 it was so good but I do feel guilty since I didn't workout. . . . How do you cope with those types of feelings?
