Happy Friday babes ! How are you all ? I have a confession to make, I had made some pretty bad food choices today ... and it all started so well !!! But after all the decorating I have been craving some chocolate & fried foods ! So here is my unedited check-in for today ! AM: Espresso shot Morning Bootycall : 30-minute walk with #TIUpup & 5 Daily Moves M1: Morning Mocha Smoothie M2: Beetroot Falafel Platter & Turmeric Latte M3: Cake & Coffee M4 & M5: Chips, Mozzarella Dippers, 3 Slices of Garlic Bread with cheese !! (I am so ashamed ! All the hard work is gone) PM workout : 5 ABS moves, 1 hour walk with #tiupup So as you can see, I have had a little downfall with chocolate and fried foods so my evening reading has become my #tiunutritionplan to get some some inspiration ! I have been writing up my food diary tonight and seen couple of errors so I will have a good weekend - food and workout wise and then meal prep on Sunday for the Week 4 of #tiubikiniseries !
