when i am already breaking from stress because of my sister’s stupid actions and my mom decides to bug me about making phone calls which i already planned to do tomorrow and i ask her to stop repeating same shit all over again because it’s just stressing me out and i’m unable to focus and she pulls “well if you would do this stuff when i told you then i’d stop stressing you out” and i’m just like... that’s it. that’s my entire childhood and my whole life. the “it’s your fault completely that i’m doing something that makes you feel bad”. no wonder i always feel guilty about everything. i blame myself for awful things that happen to me. because i’ve been conditioned to feel that way.
