It was a chilly day again today. I wore my puffer jacket and a warm scarf for my walk at morning tea and it still took me ages to warm up. After work I headed into the tiny gym. The house was freezing, the Retired Guy had decided to throw all the windows open and air the house out while he was in the garden pruning the Wisteria. I decided to do some cardio to get warm before I did my strength workout. I was surprised how quickly I worked up a sweat. I was also surprised to see my shoulders in the mirror. Definitely think I have made good progress with the strength training. I am struggling a bit though with a recently diagnosed case of hypokalemia or potassium deficiency. Sorting that out should be an adventure.
