Furry scholars, I have a question: is Timon, in the original The Lion King, a true feral? He walks on two legs and has opposable thumbs.

Hm, well. Real meerkats CAN stand on two legs, but...

tbh I don't think they tend to WALK like this so. Honestly I'd say Timon leans anthro because he's almost always on two legs, and of course the opposable thumbs thing. Real meerkats don't have thumbs, so. I think I'd declare Timon as the rare Lion King anthro!
