#TimeoutTuesday Ok, so one of the things that I realized while I was on vacation last week and then solidified after getting home, is that for the last few months I have been so caught up in circumstances & daily craziness that I have taken for granted the fact that I am so uber blessed to get to come home to my amazing husband and awesome kids every day after work & classes. I have unbelievable friends & family that always have my back & are so supportive of me in nearly anything I choose to do... So, one decision I made on my trip home this weekend is that I am going to give myself a 'Timeout' once a day to meditate or reflect on my good fortune or to give myself a break in my day just for ME...today, I am going to make some time to read on one of my books I started while I was at the beach--at least 10-15 min.
