Hi so Kim Possible fic prompt idea/ AU so I remember thinking how it was weird what happened to Monkey Fist (that he’s like the only villain who ‘dies’) so had this idea where what if there’s a second time monkey or something similar and Monkey Fist alone finds it, deciding that he can;t defeat Kim and Ron because there’s 2 of them so should even the playing field. Initially he gets another version of himself same age and with the monkey hands/feet but...Kim and Ron beat them both, so instead he decides why not fight them with someone their own age, so he goes back in time Kim/Ron following and we meet teenage Monty.
Who has grown up on his own more or less with parents traveling constantly, who is a history and archeology nerd, who loves marital arts...and who is horrified by his older self.
Like this Monty KNOWS about mystic monkey power but isn’t obsessed with it yet and is just like ‘um no not helping you...your CRAZY’
Though plot reasons Monty ends up getting brought forward in time anyway and ends up fighting duplicate Monkey fists, as he went and got more back up, with Kim and Ron...only when they break the time monkey Monty doesn't go back...all the duplicate Monkey Fist’s do but Monty doesn't (as he counts as almost a different person maybe and so timeline doesn’t see it as 2 people in the same place or Monty just isn't going to become Monkey Fist anymore so doesn't fit in their past timeline).
So Monty is now there, and ends up first staying with and later getting adopted by the Stoppable’s.Â
Just Monty and Ron as brothers.(When Hana comes along they are both all crazy about it
Ron:INTRUDER
Kim: Ron calm down just Monty can you please talk to your brother
Monty:...SHE’S AN INTRUDER
Kim:...oh for the love of)
He’s just the voice of reason trying to drag his brother out of his schemes or just following along so he doesn't hurt himself. (This would drive Monkey Fist INSANE he would hate it so much).
And like marital arts buddies Kim and Monty. Him being the groups history and magic go to guy, like where Wade is tech Monty is magic and myth and insists on tagging along on all of these missions.
Him and Monique becoming like the B team or backup for Kim and Ron and being way more involved.
Every villain getting super confused when they’re both there, and like good guys accidentally attacking Monty at first until he get’s like a hair cut or something because ‘I am getting concussions from being punched by Yuri and Global Justice
