Experience the rich flavors of Indian cuisine with these smoky grilled chicken tikka kebabs. The marinade infuses the chicken with a blend of aromatic spices, and grilling imparts a delicious smokiness, making it a perfect dish for barbecue enthusiasts.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste. 1 tablespoon garam masala. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1 teaspoon chili powder. Salt to taste. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: To make the marinade, put lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Make sure the chicken pieces are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put the dish in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours, or overnight for better taste. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Attach pieces of chicken that have been marinated to the soaked skewers. Put the skewers on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the chicken is done and has a smoky char. Put it on the table hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
