I've teamed up with @thirdwavenutrition to give you some protein recipesđŞđťâ I made these protein brownies using their chocolate protein powder and black beansđŤâ These taste so good and even better after a night in the fridgeđâ They are fudgy, naturally sweetened, oil-free, flourless, and gluten-freeđâ - 1 can black beansâ - 1/2 cup Medjool datesâ - 1 flax eggâ - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder from @thirdwavenutritionâ - 2-4 tbsp cacao powder (depending on how chocolatey you want it)â - 1 tsp vanilla extractâ - 1 tsp baking powderâ - Plant milk to blendâ - 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)â Method:â 1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius â 2. Make your flax egg and let it sit for a couple of minutesâ 3. Rinse your beans and add them to your food processor along with the dates, and blend until everything is fairly smoothâ 4. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for chocolate chips if using, and blend until smooth, adding plant milk to help blendâ 5. Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check with a toothpick to be sureâ 6. Take out and let cool of completely before cutting, or else it will be a little crumblyâ 7. I will suggest you store them in the fridge as they will get firmer, but still, have that rich chocolate flavor â
