#therapy thing

I know that you’re afraid of what’s happening and I know you think that you can fix it on your own, you can’t. Look around you, there are so many people that want to see you succeed and help you, why not take them up on the offer? I know that you’re afraid of possible repercussions and fear people being upset with you for how you’re feeling, but you need to do it and get the help you deserve. You may not realize it now but you actually really do love yourself a lot and you won’t see that until you reach out. I know that the task seems daunting but you’ve been so brave with all of this so far so I know you can do it. Change is hard and scary and I know that you’re comfortable being like this, but change is absolutely necessary. This whole thing seems unfair, and it is and you don’t want to fight it anymore, but you need to do it for yourself. So keep on fighting. I know you’re afraid and that’s okay; I love you anyway.
