A fusion of Thai and Italian flavors, this Thai Chicken Pizza features a crispy crust topped with Thai peanut sauce, tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and a garnish of fresh cilantro and peanuts. The zesty lime wedges add a burst of citrusy freshness to every bite.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza crust. 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce. 1 cup cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. On a pizza stone or baking sheet, put the pizza crust that has already been made. Cover the pizza crust with the Thai peanut sauce. Spread the cooked chicken breast, red onion, and red bell pepper out evenly on top of the sauce. Cover the pizza with the shreds of mozzarella cheese. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a minute to cool down. Add the chopped peanuts and cilantro to the hot pizza. Put lime wedges on the side so that you can squeeze them over the Thai Chicken Pizza.
