These stir-fry spring rolls are a delicious and crunchy appetizer or snack. Packed with colorful vegetables and a flavorful sauce, they're perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 8 spring roll wrappers. 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage. 1 cup julienned carrots. 1 cup sliced bell peppers assorted colors. 1 cup bean sprouts. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil for frying.
Instructions: In a wok or large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the minced garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the mushrooms, bell peppers, bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots. Stir-fry the vegetables for three to four minutes, or until they are crisp but just slightly tender. Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. After adding the sauce mixture to the stir-fried veggies, toss to ensure even coating. Simmer for a further two minutes, or until the sauce starts to get a little thicker. After removing from the heat, give the stir-fried filling a few minutes to cool. On a spotless surface, lay out a spring roll wrapper with one corner pointing in your direction. Put a dollop of the stir-fried veggie concoction in the middle of the wrapper. To create a spring roll, fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly. To make sure it sticks, use a little water to seal the upper corner. Proceed with the remaining filling and spring roll wrappers. In a deep pan or skillet, heat the oil to 350F 180C. Fry the spring rolls in batches, taking care to cook each one for two to three minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove the spring rolls and drain them onto a plate covered with paper towels. Enjoy the stir-fried spring rolls served with your preferred dipping sauce!

The hole in a spaghetti spoon is used in this recipe to drain the extra water from the cooked pasta. This keeps the dish from being too watery. A simple but effective way to serve spaghetti with your favorite sauce that is cooked just right.
Ingredients: 1 cup spaghetti. 2 cups water. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt to taste. 1 spaghetti spoon with hole. Your favorite pasta sauce. Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Instructions: In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Stir in a little salt and olive oil, then pour in 1 tablespoon. Split the spaghetti in half and add it to the water that is going to boil. It usually takes about 8 to 10 minutes of stirring every now and then to cook the spaghetti until it's al dente. When the spaghetti is done, use the hole-shaped spaghetti spoon to take a bite and let the extra water drain out of the hole. Put the spaghetti on a plate after it has been drained. Put your favorite pasta sauce on top of the whole thing. Add grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
