the way jazz is almost always present with prowl in his difficult moments, while prowl is either absent or jazz doesn't let him get too close or fate itself intervenes and doesn't allow them to be near each other during the trials it has given them?

anyway my brain really latched on when i first properly read about them in deal with the devil by satellitesoundwave (ao3) (shoutout to this fic. totally recommend for anyone who wants an ~20k word fic centered entirely on jazz and soundwave, with trickery but also worldbuilding), so that definitely was one of the main factors that influenced my ideal jazzwave dynamic. i need them to throw each other on the floor and play mind games and then go back to their factions and when their leaders ask what happened they're just like. "oh nothing, just the usual"

bonus points if they have a special rivalry thing going on because again, they're each other's foils, they've got to be absolutely annoying to each other because one just stops the other whenever they want to do anything. and of course this would get frustrating over time, but this could also feed a sort of competitive obsession with each other. bug again, they're very loyal to their respective factions, which kind of makes this dynamic more unique than others'.

Why were Starscream and Miko put against each other so much? Heck, not even Jack and Megatron or Raf and Soundwave were put against each other as often. But why?

I honestly don't have a solid answer to that. Perhaps its that they are opposites in a sense. Miko is a force of nature and Starscream is a scheming creature. Miko is a land bound hunter and Starscream and aerial monster capable of burning cities if he wanted to. Perhaps its the big vs small dynamic both in personality and frame.

For fae hobie it's really hard to find references for him bc i basically yanked his description straight from my mind so no ref pics unfortunately 😞

But for description --- his cloak is made out of a leaf material, very green with the typical leaf indents and lines. There's a red spider (that may or may not be alive) putting it in place like a clip on him. The neckline of the cape reaches up to his jaw, think like a dracula lapel that's high

For his bottoms, it's like a tree trunk fused into his skin from his waist down to his legs. Kind of like skinny jeans but made out of wood. His feet are bare I think (last time I checked)

For his accessories, his hair has spider webs weaved around it and they're iridescent in colour. His piercings aren't silver or any metallic material bc it's made out of thorns ie: a rose thorn. There's also vines growing under his skin kind of like his veins. And for his eyes, they're golden when he's much more fae-like but turns light brown when he feels more human when r is around.
