Seems like anytime I do spell work, one or both of them is walking around me in a circle like this. It's been forever since I've really practiced. I'd like to think they're helping. Many times there's a chant involved of some nonsensical word (echolalia). They do this sometimes when I'm cooking and I've found myself coming out of a very slight trance when I realize they're doing this!
