Lunch! Pesto penne pasta with roast vegetables from @farmtodesk ! (Can see what it looks like in the jar in my story). I actually like to take the rocket out and zap the pasta and veg I the microwave before adding it back in. SO yummy! What did you have for lunch today??

Dinner. We like to use the left over chicken off the bbq chicken we tend to get on a Saturday in a spaghetti Bolognese to make up frozen meals for back up dinners and for me when my fella is working. But I made it tonight. Made with leftover cooked chicken, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic and a small amount of olive oil. Served with low cal spaghetti and topped with a little bit of Parmesan. Nom nom.

Day 3, week 1. Pretty much how I’ve been feeling the past few days since Monday’s circuit, though i feel like I faired better today! Another full body circuit tonight. Later than I’d wanted but I had things to do. I’m proud I didn’t just write it off and not bother. I got it in. But now I’m exhausted and off to bed 💪🏻
