Taiga hardly noticed all the commotion around him

Dead eyes were fixed on the blackjack table in front of him, if looks could kill those cards would have been dead

Shifting your weight behind him, expecting him to notice you doesn't work

Wrapping your arms around his waist and leaning your chin on his shoulder, breathing in his acrid scent earns you a grunt at best

Pulling his wallet out of his pocket and shoving it into your hands

"Go. M' busy." His voice is deader then his eyes

"Tai, we have a date," you half growl, glaring at him while he doesn't even bother to look at you.

Taiga groans, leaning back into your hold, rubbing the bridge of his nose with ringed fingers

Upon opening his eyes, meeting yours, recognition dawns across those dead eyes, lighting them and bringing a grin to his face

"There ya are, kitty cat! Gyaha - gettin' pissed at me already? I haven't even started squeezin' ya."

You don't budge

"Date. We're going out. You planned something."

"..." He stares at you with that blank smile, spinning around in his chair to stare at you, his ass is not listening

His fingers brush across the line of your shirt, lazily drawing along your sides and getting smarmy the moment your body involuntarily shivers

"Tai."

"Alright, alright, alright already," he huffs, "coming in here dressed like that. Wantin' me to pay attention. Can't have it both ways." He throws his cards down before throwing himself onto his feet

His arm lazily slings around your shoulders, pulling you tight with his hand teasing the hemline of your shirt

Taiga just can't help himself. You've shown him a snack and he's so hungry, kitty...

He didn't have a single thing planned, not one, he said he'd surprise you but guess it'll be a surprise to both of you with whatever he feels like doing

His grubby paws are all over you the whole time. Despite being used to more scantily clad appearances, yours is the only one he's enjoying

You shouldn't be surprised that his gun came out the second someone stared for too long, effectively ruining the night

But if you're not in trouble with Taiga, then you're not with Taiga.

The VIP lounge was off limits

Romeo was clearly preparing something very important

Though you told the guards it was probably because of you, they didn't seem to let you in until you texted Romeo you're waiting

Those two sure got reamed out - his voice SCREECHING over the phone to let you in

Until he realizes how little you're wearing. If he could consider that 'wearing' at all

Now he's caught between flickering emotions, debating on calling you out on your name or complimenting the fact that you actually put in effort for him

In any other situation, he may have yelled at you, but tonight was date night, you don't just yell at your partner as soon as they arrive

Even if you think about it for a second...

Instead he glides you into his touch, gloved hands roaming over your exposed skin with soft kisses fo your neck

"If you're trying to butter me up, amore, you're going to need a better outfit than that."

A little bit of hoe fashion is in, but you need to play it right. Fear not, he has some very helpful tips and will tell you just how he likes it

Ritsu insisted he come pick you up but you asked for more time to get ready, which he easily conceded

Hearing the soft rap at his door made him perk up easily, though he tired to school it back into a more casual happiness

Opening the door, however, he was met with quite the sight

Leaving his cheeks red and his mouth slightly agape

Keeping his blue eyes respectfully on yours, desperate not to stray from the well raised gentleman he was taught to be

His heart is pounding in his chest, trying to climb the rungs of his ribcage to fall out of his mouth

As though these items you were wearing didn't belong to your wardrobe at all, but some imposter who threw them on you before you arrived here

Ritsu still kindly welcomes you into his room, instantly removing his jacket and placing it on you, doing it up correctly despite the size difference

"I never imagined you'd show up to one of our dates dressed like ... This."

The words came out in a hurry, in a mixture of being respectful and wanting to respect your attire but also his image as a lawyer

He couldn't be seen with you like this - oh no, no, no. That would send the wrong idea to any possible clients.

But being offensive to your self expression wasn't a way to handle this. Ritsu didn't want to hurt your feelings or your attempt to ... Ahem.

"is it too much?" You question, giving him an easy in

"A little bit. Not as though I don't ... Appreciate the effort, darling, but for our date I'd like to request you wear something a little more modest."

He leaned heavily on the word request, not require.

"this ... Looks like more of a private outfit, when we're spending the night together alone. I assure you, you're stunning in it, just perhaps not for this occasion."

He smiled, seemingly diplomatic in his reply

If you insist on wearing that, no matter, he'll simply change your plans to more indoor plans. Preferably with you in his room

But if you agree to change, you'll go to the gallery as he planned, followed by dinner, of course.
