IDK why some people can’t believe that the spy in Darkwick could have known about Kyklos or even worse, could have been working with the person who wanted to bring Kyklos to MC from the very beginning.
The whole chain of events that led to the clash was described almost like a ritual. So I wouldn’t be surprised if this person knew about the Flower Witch and found a way to summon Kyklos through her, only to use it to target MC.
MC’s curse is still unclear, but it’s pretty obvious that whoever is behind this wants to bring MC onto campus or even worse, trap her there with everyone else.
And if that’s the case, then whether MC’s curse gets cured or whether they manage to capture Kyklos doesn’t really matter, because the end of the world is going to happen either way.
And if ZZG decides to hit us with a plot twist where MC is actually the champion who’s supposed to save the world by enhancing the ghouls’ stigma, I wouldn’t be surprised at all 🐘
