Fabulous family for the perfect kid’s editorial! Even more amazing, these kids are the children of one of my very favorite makeup and hair artists! Soooo much fun! @elegantmagazine. Photos by @joystrotz
I just ordered this coat because it reminds me of Taylor’s BAFTAs coat (just shorter length) and I am very excited

Wearing Memories: Tahari Skirt
My 9/11 Skirt This is my “cool Tahari that’s hard to match with a blouse” skirt. After escaping my office at the WTC, it became “my 9/11” skirt.  While I parted with the rest of the outfit, this skirt remains. It was the new skirt I was excited to put on that beautiful morning and became the one that lay in a pile on the floor of my apartment that grim afternoon. I peeled it off, threw down my dead cell phone and stared numbly at my blinking answering machine. Then I picked up my landline phone to call my mom.  My last call to her was from my office after the first plane hit, “Mom, I’m OK. We’re getting out. I’ll call you later.” Thousands of others had spoken the same exact words to their loved ones earlier that day. Thousands never got to say, “Mom, I’m OK…”
