Crock Pot Chicken Taco Soup is a hearty and flavorful dish perfect for cold days. It's loaded with tender chicken, beans, vegetables, and spices, simmered slowly to develop rich flavors. Top it off with your favorite toppings for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes. 1 can 15 oz corn kernels, drained. 1 onion, chopped. 1 bell pepper, chopped. 1 packet taco seasoning. 4 cups chicken broth. 1 cup salsa. Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, tortilla strips.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine diced chicken, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper, and taco seasoning. Pour chicken broth and salsa over the ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and flavors are melded. Serve hot, garnished with optional toppings as desired.

Taco Soup is a hearty and tasty soup that's great for a cold night. An easy-to-make dish that's full of comforting ground beef, beans, corn, and Tex-Mex spices. Add your favorite things on top, and then eat it!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 1 bell pepper, chopped. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz corn, undrained. 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 packet ranch dressing mix. 4 cups chicken broth. Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, tortilla chips.
Instructions: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the pot and saut until they begin to soften. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and ranch dressing mix. Add the drained black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes with their juice, and chicken broth. Stir well. Simmer the soup on low heat for 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, and crushed tortilla chips.
