#tabula rasa

Sometimes I think about Tabula Rasa and yeah, it was a hilarious episode and one of my favourites and it had the hottest kiss of the show, but it also showed us something interesting about Spike.

Tabula Rasa kiss is actually insane in a context of spuffy relationship cause Buffy is so afraid throughout all this affair, that people will find out and judge. and yet she clearly went after Spike that night and kissed him in a middle of crowd in Bronze of all places. the club in which they both are regulars and where they can be easily recognized if not by friends then by other regulars and you know people may gossip even if it's Sunnydale and nobody tends to care unless it's a matter of mass slaughter. and yet they kiss in a not so dark conner like he's just a boy and she's just a girl and they met on the dancefloor. so normal for an outside observer. such a desperate clinging to normality in a context.
