Another piece from @worldofthedas-vol3!
Think this was one of the last pieces I made, but I'm so happy I got to snatch up this assignment since Tassh's design is *chef's kiss* and it was legit just like, Fun To Make. I *did* have to redraw their face probably 8 times... and also god those axes at that angle was a killer, but hey, still fun!

People saying Taash is poorly written and unrealistic nonbinary representation and then there's my nonbinary binary ass whose mother has deadnamed and misgendered them for years over here trying not to tear up when Shathaan addresses Taash as "them"

Taash: Emmrich, look i have a Mustaash
Emmrich:
"Yes, you've seen it!" "That thing is vashedan"
Tears
Rook sat alone in Davrin's chair, fingers curled around a now cold cup of tea. Her eyes watched the fire in the fireplace. The fire burned only from the magic of the fireplace. It had been months since anyone had chopped wood in this room.
Memories danced before her, of Davrin sitting on a nearby stool, grinning at her while he carved another monster, of Assan, thick piece of knotted rope in his mouth as he happily chewed on it, a light blanket around her shoulders from the times she fell asleep in the chair after waking up from a nightmare.
Tears slipped down her cheeks and her hands tightened around the cup. Maker, she missed him. It had been six months since they'd beaten Elgar'nan, six months since they'd freed Minrathous from the Venatori...six months since her future shattered.
They'd won. They'd beaten the gods and saved Thedas from the Blight, but at what cost?
She didn't look up when she heard the door open, and Taash and Lace's steady footsteps crossed the floor. She was aware of Taash standing beside her, and Lace kneeling in front of her.
"You shouldn't be alone today, Rook," Lace told her gently.
"You're going to spend the day with us," Taash told her, their force brooking no argument.
"Rook?" Lace said her name again gently.
Taash caught her as she stood then fell forward, their arms firm around her. She felt Lace hugging her from behind.
"It's okay to cry," Lace told her softly.
And so they held her as she wept out the pieces of her broken heart.
