It's a document with a couple different plurality tracker apps, their features, accessibility settings, and an overall personal opinion from us..
If anyone has recommendations for more apps or sites, we'd appreciate them and could add them to the list! Or if we got information wrong please tell us!!
Enjoy!!

Hello everyone!
In light of Simply Plural (and Octocon) shutting down, my best friend and I decided to create our own system tracking app. For a bit of background: I am a polyfragmented DID system, and my friend is a singlet. I spent half of my "awareness years" with an OSDD misdiagnosis, and that has really shaped my view surrounding dissociative psychology. Given my background, I wanted to create an app that anyone can use regardless of system origin. We (the developers) are of the firm belief that an accessibility tool should be available to everyone. And thus, OurGreenhouse was born! A plant themed tracking app with the sole purpose of making it easier for systems to organize their alters and store important information.
I am proud to announce that the development for OurGreenhouse is progressing steadily. We are working on the android development first while gathering all of our legal ducks in a row so we can hopefully get our app on both Android and Apple app stores.
EXTRA:
I am currently a undergrad psychology student in the US, and I want to become a trauma specialized therapist when i'm older.
I am misdiagnosed with OSDD, but self diagnosed C-DID with polyfragmented parts.
My Co-Developer is, also an undergrad, studying computer engineering in the US.
Alright, that is all for now! Consider joining our Discord server to stay updated: https://discord.gg/Gkb5GNxZMc
An accumulation of all the SP alternatives we know of or have seen so far. If anyone has any suggestions, please comment what it is and we’ll check it out!!
More common ones at the top, labeled as ‘made for systems’ or ‘made for singlets’, descriptions with features for each one.
Pluralkit - Discord bot, has a website dashboard, you can track fronting by interacting with the bot on discord. Unsure if you can on the website. Made for systems.
Tupperbox - another Discord bot. Similar function to PK, however you can’t track front. Made for systems and rp.
Octocon - !! SHUTTING DOWN !! Has an app, website, and discord bot. Kinda complicated, does not allow for markdown or special features. Very simple formatting, has a journaling feature for the whole system and individual alters. One of the devs might be a pred?? Take that with a grain of salt, I just heard it is a possibility. Made for systems.
Ampersand - Relatively new, only works on computers and android, not a discord bot. Due to the app being newer, it does not allow for high headcounts, and is prone to crashing. Supports markdown. Currently on hiatus. Made for systems.
Lighthouse - website, as far as we’re aware, it is going on hiatus or shutting down. Communal and individual journals, you can create alters, there are premade fields to fill out under each alters profiles, you can create separate systems / subsystems, you can nest systems, combine alters, there are emergency plan sections, worksheets, and so much more. Supports sp and pk imports. No fronting feature. One of our personal favorites. Made for systems.
/Plu/ral - not much known about this, other than the fact that it exists. It is a discord application that functions similarly to PK. You can import alters from pk, and potentially sp. Made for systems and rp.
Ourcana - Becoming very popular. Similar to sp, can import from sp and pk, or start from scratch. includes a journaling section. No friends feature as of right now, but I believe they're working on that. Personally we found this harder to transition to, but it’s an adjustment. Made for systems
Hivemind - also becoming popular. downloadable on Android and Windows, not on apple. Relationships, tags, and subsystem features. Made for systems
Pronouns.cc - Great for creating alter profiles, customizable. Can’t track front, no journal feature. Similar to pronouns.page. Able to add flags and create multiple members under a single profile. Another of our favorites. Made for systems and singlets.
Atria - WIP, we're currently trying it out and it's not too bad!! Made for systems
Write.ellipsus - A writing program. Again, great for creating profiles. Ability to create folders, separate documents, upload images, decorate, fonts, text formatting, etc. Works best on computer, but can be used on mobile as well. Can also be used for note taking, writing front times, journaling. Made for singlets.
AnyType - An app with notes, customizable to-do lists, calendars, and databases. Can be used to log highly customizable profiles. There are chatting features where alters may attach their profile to their message bubbles. Again, better on computer. Made for singlets.
Scratchupload - Made for image hosting, made a fronting application in less than 24 hours. Fronting still in beta and very basic, but it works for tracking and is very easy to use!! You can import from SP, however max file size is 20MB. Made for systems.
TwiNote - Fake social media app, made to represent twt. Systems may create multiple profiles and post on them. Private. Made for singlets.
Mystagram - Similar to TwiNote, a fake social media app made to mimic IG. You can create profiles, post pictures, add comments, discover page has a calendar view feature so you may track front/activity. You can like posts and add hashtags, which may help filter posts. Only available on IOS. Made for singlets.
Photonote - similar to Mystagram. Don’t know much about it. Made for singlets.
Anatar - Communication app similar to Discord or SP. Made for singlets.
Story plotter - Can be used to track inner relationships, dynamics, and personalize profiles.
Obsidian - Fully customizable note taking app. Can be used for innerworld mapping, tracking front (written), and tracking alters. Time consuming to set up. Made for singlets.
Notion - Note taking and productivity app. Can be used for tracking alters, to-do lists, innerworld mapping, symptom tracking, etc. Time consuming set up. Uses AI. Made for singlets.
ChildReward - Can create multiple profiles under one account. You may create (and assign ?) tasks, and stars are earned upon completion. Stars may be used to purchase rewards. Made for singlets.
Class Dojo - Similar to ChildReward, under a teacher account you may add students to your classroom, and give rewards as positive reinforcement. Made for singlets.
foretelling - app and website used for OC and worldbuilding. May be used to create alter profiles, track things in headspace, and (potentially ?) track fronts. Made for singlets.
Toyhouse - Made for OC tracking. Supports markdown and can be used to create alter profiles. Requires a code to register, which may be hard to obtain, and is nearly impossible to obtain without discord. Made for singlets.
CharacterHub - Similar to Toyhouse, no code required, no private option. Made for singlets.
Milanote - Great for tracking, paywalled. Unsure about any further information.
I think the overarching system community has created a reliance or seems to have a mindset of only recommending plural marketed things (i.e Sp, octo), and while i understand that there will be reliance on accessibility tools, i feel the system community (especially on discord and tiktok) has dug itself into a hole of something like (apologies, im blanking on the actual term) a learned helplessness.
No everyone can use plural marketed things, parental controls for example, i think the community kind if forgets that
i think overall with the shut downs its made me realize that sthe best way for these system apps to happen in a f2u way would be smaller apps, i feel the community focuses on having "the big system app", but as stated it was supposed to be for friends and family, it wasnt meant to grow to the size it did. I think having that possibility pushes alot of people away from making their own , the fact that there already is "the big one".
My recommendations for ways to track your system
Notes apps, Id recommend one thats not your phones default and with an account system, most allow image inserts. You can separate alter pages with different notes "How do i track front"
Simply add a new line for the front changes
alternative way to
I would recommend making a new front log every month, it makes it alot easier than scrolling, especially if youre a switchy system
Or another way would be with some kind of scheduling app!
"what about organizing " most note apps have some way to seperate and organize the notes
app recommendations i have used Google keep, notion, ive heard good things about evernote and simplenote. Im not good with scheduling apps for those.
Anyway if anyone else has non-system marketed or DIY tracking suggestions please reblog!
So glad we didn’t use Simply Plural, but we still are trying to figure out something better than just using PluralKit on discord for logging members. If anybody has suggestions for keeping track of headmates, whether it’s
- online - offline - digital - physical - apps - notebook systems - lists of info to track on members - tips for remembering to check in - templates - Obsidian templates/functions/plugins/whatever - or anything else,

Hello everyone!
Many of you have likely noticed a complete lack of parity in the current iOS version — notably that it has several of the old bugs, and none of the new features. We are aware of this, and trying to change it.
Specifically, we wanted to formally migrate our account to a business account (for the parent group to PluralLog), and we thought this process would be quick. On the Playstore, it took us ~a day. However, it seems that Apple has had a high volume of requests for migration, and they seem to have a much more convoluted process, combining to create delay. We're unsure when our migration will complete, and haven't gotten any timeline information from Apple to my knowledge. The public consensus seems to be that it could take anywhere from several business days to a few weeks.
Why is this relevant? Because we cannot actually sign and upload ipas (Apple apps) until this process completes. This issue was brought to my attention almost a week ago, and I am still not sure of a workaround or solution (I am not a developer of iOS apps generally, so if anyone knows something we could be doing wrong let us know!).
However — iOS as a platform is not forgotten, not behind in development, and not so disliked as to leave users in this pit arbitrarily. We have validated that the app builds and runs (we can't even push it to testflight at the moment though), and it has the feature parity we expect. We're just unable to push for the time. Here are some screenshots (17PM and 16e sims):
Haven't been using simplyplural to log switches for the past few days, if it's going I want to be ready emotionally for it. I downloaded ampersand but haven't really used it I sorta took one look and went "oh no it looks too different and doesn't have all the features I want me no likey" and have avoided it ever since.
If I'm being 100% honest I'm not fully sure if we've switched or how many switches have happened since I stopped tracking. It's all a blurry mess and idk where I end and another part begins. I hate it, but I think I'm going to keep not tracking for a little while. We've been devotingly system tracking since simplyplural came out and I suppose I forgot how different things were before then. It may help with my doubt to notice how things do or don't change when I'm not constantly looking out for the slightest shifts. So far symptoms are still there it's just harder to notice because I'm not going out of my way to notice everything.
Switches befire were more like the left but now they feel more like the right if you get what I was trying to represent? Kinda just smudged a bunch of colours lol
Hopefully we'll find an app we like and can get used to
