I read this and immediately went, "*large gasp* *emotionally places hand over heart* pillow pets...? I forgot all about those! I love pillow pets!" And now I'm going to cry because, nostalgia.

• the first Hanukkah/Christmas the lab rats spent with the Mighty Med trio, Tasha gave them all pillow pets

• they normally didn't do gifts, but Tasha made an exception for this year

• because she got Naomi one and Kaz started talking about how he always wanted one but his parents never had the time to get him those kinds of things

• and they never really remembered him either way

• and Tasha could not have that

• so they all got pillow pets

• Skylar's was a bear

• Oliver's was a penguin

• Kaz's was a koala

• because Bree, Skylar, Oliver, and Chase always mentioned how clingy he was

• Adam's was a purple unicorn

• Bree's was a zebra

• Chase's was a turtle

• Leo's was an elephant

• they loved them

• even Chase hugged his when he thought no one was looking

• and, thus, the naming process began

• Adam was the first to figure his out

• he named his unicorn Blue

• no one knew why, and he didn't give an explanation

• next was Skylar, who named her bear Emily

• Oliver named his Tuna-Kazaroll and Kaz named his Ollie-pop, because they're dorks

• Leo named his El, because it was an elephant, so it made sense

• Bree decided to name her zebra Holly because she simply liked the name

• Chase took the longest in figuring a name out, but he eventually settled on Mae, after Dr. Mae Jemison

• everything went smoothly, until Adam decided to start a war

• it was late at night- maybe early morning- and everyone was awake, calmly chatting or cuddling silently with their pillow pet, besides Chase

• Chase was alseep on the couch, snuggled up with Mae

• he looked so calm... so relaxed... so at peace with the world

• so, naturally, Adam wacked him with Blue

• and Chase woke up with such a start, he fell of the couch

• "oh, it is on, Adam!"

• he used his molecular kenesis to shoot his pillow pet at Adam

• but Adam ducked, so Mae hit Skylar instead

• and you could see the fear on Chase's face

• after that, Skylar chased him around, whacking him with her bear and his turtle

• and eventually everyone got involved

• did you know that if you put a bunch of competitive teenagers with super strength, super speed, molecular kenesis, and flight, (respectively,) in the same room, pillow pet fights became extremely dangerous?

• because pillow pet fights become extremely dangerous

• the living room was a mess

• the couch was tipped over, a vase had broken, there was a hole in the wall, Bree was on the ceiling, the dining room table has shattered

• but the pillow pets were safe and that's all that mattered

Mikey & Nate on Nate’s missing tooth

1. Mikey and Nate going on the Devs podcast where Mikey says the most interesting thing about Nate is his extra #7 tooth

2. Nate says he forgets he has an extra tooth and only remembers it when Mikey brings it up

3. Mikey responds with: Once you see it, you can’t unsee it

4. Nate loses both of his #7 teeth in a game against Buffalo, Mikey asks him during the game, “Who did that to you?!”

5. Nate knows Mikey’s stick hit him in the mouth but refuses to tell Mikey until after the game: “I didn’t want to fluster him during the game.”

6. Mikey afterward: “I think it’s a good look for him. I think it kind of fits his whole brand. It looks better for him. I did feel bad but I think he seems okay with it.”

Nate caught staring… again
