(I had court today my usual two train roughly an hour commute turned into a five train over two hour commute and I didn't realize it was going to rain)

but let's wade through all this Nemo nonsense.

a Slovak media outlet reports that a) Nemo has requested a trade and b) Sunny has yet to talk to Nemo or his agent. its from an "anonyous source"

so! debunked! or at the very least enough holes in the report to make it incredibly suspect.

to add my two cents:

Nemo is still in New Jersey. now there's many reasons why that could be, but it feels weird that he'd want a trade while still being here when he usually is fairly quick to return to Slovakia

Sunny's approach to his new job seems to be dealing with the front office first (the firings and hirings there), dealing with the coaching staff next (firings and movement and confirmations of who is staying), and now he's onto the players. makes sense that he's now focusing on players. so I don't think its a big deal if nothing is already set in stone regarding Nemo. not a cause for alarm yet.

Slovak media has been all up in Nemo's business from the start of his time with the Devils. they're always stirring shit. always. I don't take anything they say to heart and Devils fans/media eat it the fuck up.
