I was there shocked, letting life happen to me vs flowing from my #highestself recognizing that I was surrounded by #opportunities of #growth. Then I'd react not respond. Two completely different actions. I needed the tools. No person, place or thing has power over you but what you give them. You are capable of handling everything that comes your way. Love yourself. Hi Angels. I was mad at myself for handling a situation in a way that was an old pattern that I'm very aware of yet, in the moment, I simply felt unsure about trying a new way of dealing it. So, after analyzing it for a bit, I watched myself hit my fist on the bed and say "Dammit, I'm fucking up again!"
