It allows me to take down notes/write essay drafts/code in a distraction free space. I like that the notes I write down will show up every time I open a new tab, keeps me reminded and on top of things. If I keep seeing the essay prompt every time I open Facebook Messenger or Spotify, I'm more likely to jot down ideas and create a draft right there.
