—You were isolated, gaslit, accused of theatrics or devilry. They called you hysterical, fragile, a black omen in lace.

—By the time you escaped, your dreams weren’t just about the future. They were full of blood on velvet rugs. The sound of your mother’s voice saying, “No man will ever want a girl like you.”

CIEL

—Ciel’s own childhood was dark, so he’s instantly able to see why you fled your family. He empathizes silently with your “black sheep” status, though he rarely shows it. Instead, he admires your courage for escaping and recognizes your visions as a valuable asset.

—He respects your seer abilities, but he’s also the kind of young master who expects results. When you give him warnings or glimpses of the future, he listens intently, sometimes pushing you for details or clarification because in his world, knowledge is power, and failure isn’t an option.

—Once he starts trusting your dreams, Ciel begins depending on them for decisions. He’ll wake you in the middle of the night, demanding, “Have you seen anything yet?” even if he knows you haven’t slept. He’s desperate to stay ahead of threats.

—Because your visions often carry terrible news, Ciel can sometimes become frustrated or cold when the warnings come too often or too vague. He struggles with the fact that your gift, while powerful, also means living with constant dread.

—Despite your family’s rejection, Ciel fiercely defends you as part of his “wacky bunch.” He won’t tolerate anyone disrespecting you or doubting your visions in his presence. If someone insults or undermines your gift, Ciel’s usually the first to shut them down, sometimes with a sharp comment or with the subtle threat of the Phantomhive name.

—Ciel encourages you to keep a detailed dream journal and rate the intensity of each vision.

—On rare occasions when your visions take a visible toll (bleeding noses, fainting, lost sleep…) Ciel will sit by your bed while you sleep, arms folded tightly, angry at himself.

—You sometimes sketch what you see instead of describing it. Ciel keeps a locked folder of your drawings.

—You sit in companionable silence more often than you speak. Sharing a room, each with a book or your thoughts.

—When your nightmares come, he doesn’t knock. He sends Sebastian to check on you once. Twice. Then the third time, he comes himself. Waits outside your door, knowing you need space but not wanting you to feel alone. Occasionally, he’ll share his own darkest thoughts or plans.

SEBASTIAN

—When Sebastian first meets you, he’s intrigued by the subtle air of mystery around you. He senses your rare supernatural ability. Unlike your family who dismissed your visions as madness or bad luck, Sebastian immediately respects your gift. He often watches you closely, noting the way you shift when a premonition strikes.

—Being the skeptic demon he is, Sebastian sometimes tests the accuracy of your prophecies with small experiments or controlled scenarios. It’s both for his amusement and curiosity. But he never doubts your gift for long; when your warnings come true, his respect deepens, and his assistance becomes more direct and invested.

—Your family called you cursed. A bringer of bad luck. A freak. Sebastian calls you useful. But in the way a weapon is useful: sharp, dangerous, and to be respected.

—Sebastian is obsessed with the complexity of human suffering, and your curse/gift is a fascinating contradiction. You see terrible things but try to do good. He admires that you keep your humanity despite this.

—Though Sebastian doesn’t openly express emotions, he understands the loneliness and burden of your ability. When nightmares or visions overwhelm you, he appears silently at your side with a cup of tea. Sometimes he even hums softly or plays the piano to soothe your mind, a rare glimpse at his gentler side.

—You never have to ask for space, he knows when to leave and he knows exactly when not to.

—If you’re ever mocked by a visiting noble or dismissed for your visions, Sebastian’s expression doesn’t change, but later that noble might find themselves subtly humiliated. A wine stain, a spilled tray or a blade just a little too close during a fencing match.

—There are nights Sebastian offers to take the burden for a while. Not permanently, but a kiss to the forehead with demonic intent, a temporary sleep enchantment or a night free of dreams.

—He keeps track of your physical and emotional responses to visions. Your migraines, your shaking hands, the glassy look in your eyes. He’s terrifyingly precise, he’ll notice the smallest sign before a vision hits and sometimes catch you mid-collapse before even you know it’s coming.
