chemistry is my all time favourite class at the moment, it's really interesting~

hello studyblr! my name is kat and this is my first post and introduction to studyblr! here is a little bit about me.

basic information:

my full name is katlyn, but you can call me kat!

i use she/her pronouns

i am thirteen years old and a year eight student in sydney, australia!

my mbti type is intp, and my zodiac sign is sagittarius

my family is from malaysia, but i grew up here in australia!

i can only speak english, but i am currently studying latin and japanese in school, as well as indonesian and mandarin chinese on duolingo :)

interests:

i love reading and writing! english is by far my favourite subject, although i do enjoy history as well

i listen to a lot of music artists, but my most played artist is panic! at the disco! according to spotify stats, my other top artists are fall out boy, cavetown, my chemical romance, the used, green day, paramore, marina, z berg, dodie and queen!

i also love musicals! some of my current favourites are les miserables, hamilton, heathers, dear evan hansen, wicked, matilda, the phantom of the opera and fun home, to name a few!

my current favourite comedian is james acaster, although i also love john mulaney and bill hader when they’re not being problematic lmao

why i started a studyblr: 

to help me be organised: i am a very disorganised person, so hopefully having a studyblr will mean i can be neater and more on top of things!

to help me stay motivated: i am often distracted and unmotivated to study, but hopefully having a studyblr will mean more productive and effective work!

My name is Duane (full name Duane Patrick Jr.). I am a sucker for stationery and anytime I walk into a stationery type store I always end up walking out with something. I am new to bullet journaling (started in Juhne Of 2017) and so far I think I'm doing pretty good. School is definitely one of my favorite things in the world. Yeah, summer might be nice but just the act of taking notes and studying is quite a thrill for me. I'm probably the most awkward person in the entire world. It's been a hot minute since I posted anything here , but basically this week was technically the first week of school , and I just went to one class on Wednesday which went pretty good .

I am feeling a bit unmotivated , and like I have a lot of internal work to do , and since my body feels like it needs a break , I am giving the break it needs

So , next week will be my ACTUAL first week of school , and let's say I am quite prepared for that

I will be posting daily diaries here , of everything that happened during the day ( which will be something I look back into and I improve all along the year ) ,

I will also posting a lot of useful content and my coding progress on @codingquill which is getting a lot more recognition now , and I am forever grateful
