Now that episode 9 has released on YouTube today, I would like to repost artwork of characters that’ll appear in my fan sequel “The Archive of Strawdady”. Starting with our main character.
Strawdady is the central protagonist of this fan sequel. He stays in his room most of the time to take a break from the childish/escapist adventures everyone seems to go on.(due to not being built for cartoonishly chaotic situations). To keep himself sane, He keeps a journal with somehow has a camera system in it for when he takes a picture, said photo appears in a page. But this doesn’t prevent him from writing in it.
Now for Trapez, the sassy French shape-bodied woman, whom despite knowing all the strings of how the digital world works, has been witness to an event she doesn’t wish to tell anyone else about. and Thornix, the crazy wooden alligator girl who doesn’t like being stuck in one place all the time and likes messing around with things when bored. (She also has beef with Strawdady sometimes.)
I’m planning to redesign these two to make them more simple/enjoyable to draw/animate.
Now lastly for this post, Caines new design for TAOS. It’s been years since the events of episode 9, and Caine’s been doing his best to bond with his new “humans” friends with giving them whatever they want. But is too disturbed to talk about what happened to the circus members who were here before.
I have to mention this: back in December 2026, I was given a plush/puppet version of Strawdady made by the drawing-to-plush company Budsies.

I was planning to turn the Archive of Strawdady into a point and click tadc fan game/sequel, but decided to scrap that and make it an animated series on YouTube instead. So here are the finished animated sprites/idles so far.
New animation technique for my future animated videos in case I can’t find any volunteer voice actors.
