Here’s one of the beautiful staterooms onboard RMS Queen Mary! Includes a couple of writing desks, working punkah louvers, and a fully functioning bathroom. We also take a look at some items that you might have once found in a cabin.
Rode the glass lift down to deck 10 where our cabin or as they called it stateroom was located. The lift well in the centre has a Flying Doves LED Decor that goes all the way down from the ceiling to the 4th floor.
Our rather spacious Stateroom came with two single beds, shown here joined together. We later requested for it to be split into two separate beds while out at dinner. The balcony you see wasn’t real but a live feed video TV screen that was on 24 hours a day, so you will need the blackout curtain over it at night. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities except for the toothbrush and toothpaste. Complimentary Biscuits that were saccharine sweet for my tastebuds and beside that, I like my cookies crispy, not soft and chewy.
