Here’s one of the beautiful staterooms onboard RMS Queen Mary! Includes a couple of writing desks, working punkah louvers, and a fully functioning bathroom. We also take a look at some items that you might have once found in a cabin.

Hermitage Community Moorings
The Hermitage Community Moorings were opened in 2010 to provide berths for up to 23 vessels of historic interest, along with a floating community centre. The boats are both long-term residential and visiting recreational vessels.
The idea of the moorings is to ensure that traditional river craft remain part of the Wapping riverscape – it is therefore perhaps interesting to note that most of the boats do not have their origins in London, or even the UK, but are in fact Dutch!
