I hate forced recovery

If you want fast results and i mean fast results. Honestly get 15k steps in a day, its okay if sometimes you cant because its hard to do while being busy. But things like going on a walk or just deciding to not have that chocolate bar makes a difference!! Also do not sleep on cucumber its the best low cal snack ever but my best advice is just be strict but dont restrict your body too much! Be safe and eat enough but just limit your calorie intake and you will get those results. Strving only causes your metabolism to slow down and u will gain more!
