Random Daniel Headcanon
I basically pulled a Daniel Jackson with my hair from season 2 to season 3, and it got me thinking about that transition in canon. They never explored that, and he just showed up in season 3 with short hair. I’d like to think that his hair wasn’t practical for his job, but at the same time he was too used to it and didn’t want to give it up, so the rest of SG-1 had to practically drag him to the barber to get his hair cut. He eventually got used to it and now prefers it.
