That mighty trumpet, those ridiculous chops, a jazz giant. From the early swinging, to the hard boppin', to the Afro-Latin jams, I love his work and the man. What I wouldn't give to be in a small, smokey club watching Dizzy at his height. Dig it, man. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 The clip is from Diz and Getz. I have the 1977 reissue that compiles the two sets issued separately in the 50's. The track is "Be-bop", naturally.
