it was stormy. in the middle of summer which rarely happens. but the skies broke apart for you that night. the clouds burst into tears when they heard that life was getting too hard for you. they wept that they did not  have the mouth that could reach out  and comfort you. you looked up, said of course it’s raining on me. but you missed the point. you come  from the world. it grieves in your  sadness the same as it rejoices in your happiness. and i’m sorry that in that moment the sky was the only thing that knew about you. - stacy morris
