i was going to start a new fic tonight but ao3 is still down so iโm left with no choice
I mean, I loved the acting and the emotion. My favourite moment was when Aaron said, โof course I donโt love you,โ and you could just see Robertโs heart break. But Iโm not a fan of Robert pointing a gun at Aaron and everything else, so I wouldnโt call The Lodge the height of romance. I much prefer SSW 2016, that was peak romance for me.
Robert was totally heartbroken at Aaronโs words, which is why I think he put the gun up. He thought he could do it, but he couldn't because he loves Aaron so much.
SSW16 is amazing. Definitely peak romance. Robert didn't want to leave Aaron and was willing to die with him in the car. Aaron didn't want Robert to die and was willing to sacrifice himself so Robert could escape.
