If you are following my channel, you are probably doing a good job on your way back to functional movements. However, every day I see people move like crap, ignorant and unconscious of the inherent intelligence of the body. It doesn’t get any better that few people understand the value of my services and help. In fact, generally we are more than 100 years behind when it comes to functional movement of the masses. If you can’t do a deep squat with ease and stay there, moving around a few minutes. Then you don’t need to worry about some expensive gym membership. Squat the f**k down and stay there, try the Ido Portal squat routine and start your journey back to become a normal human again. Who am I to tell you this? The video shows my normal morning (7 min+) squat routine on the Swizz ball. It is not a part of some fancy workout or anything like that, it is simply to start my day with some easy exercises, and I frankly don’t even break a sweat doing it. Don’t fall into the trap of big fitness corporations that promise large biceps without doing the work. They just want your money and don’t really care if you get a functional body or not. We should develop the tilting and rightening reflex profiles that we so desperately need to function well on two legs.
