Not #savage I just didn’t do laundry and this is the only clean shirt 😜. Getting in here has been the biggest effort. February was rough and making March better even if I need to fake it to make it. Last week was a bust, except for training one day with @lukepropst_pst to work on some things. Plus dizzy spells ....really not a good idea to squat. So getting blood work done and if they tell me I need another dosage increase of keppra I’ll literally 💩💩💩 and in my ❤️ if that is a case force a different game plan with my doctors. - - - I deadlifted yesterday but called that a bust and gave up on myself, but what a shocker I was sore from that this morning 🙄🙄🙄. I committed to getting in here regardless. The hardest part was not to force heavier weights. I believe it was still there but to do more was being mean to myself and an act of punishing. So I made the choice to be kind to myself. My heaviest was 1 x 195 and then did a working set of 1 x 3 at 82% and then dropped it to 2 x 5 at 75% and worked on technique.
