Took me a while to work up the motivation to get to the basement for this workout, and it wasn't my best but I'm glad I did something! . Treadmill warm up for ten minutes with incline increase 2-7. Then I did part of my whole body workout, it ended up being mostly upper body. Then my body decided it was done for the day. . Not every day is going to be easy to get your workout in. Listen to your body. Do what you can. Show yourself some love.
