My version is better for the environment, better for health, & costs a fraction of the price! The BIG shoutout goes to #imlakeshorganics for offering their Sacha Inchi Seeds in an awesome large nontoxic glass reusable jar with metal lid. Keep up the good work OR lose me forever like bait & switch #culina who used to make the best yogurt ever, but decided to put profit before poisoning our families. Man, I miss their Pina Colada probiotic drink, but I'll pass on the newest additive: microplastics. It makes me so sad when great small businesses get greedy. We all end up paying the price for that. That said, all we can do is #dowhatwecan, change our behavior, vote with our ๐ธ, and ๐#VOTE๐ to fight the existential threats we're now faced with. If you can't vote for a true eco walker, & very few have that luxury, then at least use your brain & vote for the lesser evil to buy us more time. As for #dowhatyoucan , if you'd like you can follow my IG account, which is where I try to help people do things they actually can afford to do. It's not fully dedicated to that. It really is intended for my friends & others who genuinely want to #bethechange . These are really scary times, so it's possible I may have no choice but to be more restrictive in the future, so now's a good time to find it while it's still public. If we get much more fascist, I just might have to follow my Dr. advice & just save myself. I'm hoping ๐ (& voting ๐ณ) it won't come to that. #savingmoney #reduceplastic #fightenvironmentaldisease #stopnormalizingcancer #mecfs #gwi #poisonfree #organic #plantbased #vegan #chia #flax #hemp #sachainchi https://www.instagram.com/p/CkqdP1IO9JX/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
I totally forgot to share! We had another fantastic turn out and a hard little worker for out little pickup morning on Saturday! We also got to know a local man who thanked us for picking up the neighborhood and asked us to pray for him. #prayerworks #liftothersup #dowhatyoucan #everyonecandoalittle #helpthecommunity https://www.instagram.com/p/CgtGvtGOPpN/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Will it be enough? Idk, but #dowhatyoucan to try to survive all we're up against. I got a MioMat Plant Milk Maker on Prime Day & was finally able to use it today! My fave Oat Milk from Whole Foods costs a whopping $4.99/32 oz. Today I made 32 oz. for a fraction of that! Whatever kind of Milk you want to make, be it nuts, grains, or soy, you just use 1/2 cup of the ingredient, water, any flavors/sweetners you might want, and you get a whole liter of vegan milk! Even with the price now jacked up to $7.99 for 42 oz of Organic Oats, it only takes 4 oz to make oat milk, so I'm now spending about 76 cents vs. 4.99, but to make it fair/simple, I'll round things & say now I'm spending $1 vs. $5 per wk on oatmilk, & the Miomat will pay for itself in less than a year, but it gets even better! 3 Trees Organic Oat & Seed Milk is insanely high @ $6.99 for 28 oz & comes in a poisonous plastic bottle. I can't afford that no matter what, but now I can MAKE MY OWN! Woohoo! I made oat today because I've just been struggling so much over the passed year & lucky I survived whatever undiagnosed infection I had, & even just soaking nuts overnight has been too great a burden to add to my list, but I did manage to get some almonds soaking in the fridge today, so I'll be making fresh almond milk soon! The more exciting thing on the horizon will be to make the things not even available to buy: organic quinoa (complete protein) & organic walnut/flax/chia/hemp (ALAs), so while there's little I can do about whatever poisons are in these foods due to republican pollution & inadequate food regs, I'd think getting the whole grains, nuts, & seeds myself (which at least have to pass a visual inspection) increase the odds of avoiding more MOLD toxins, plus I'll also be avoiding the leaching of plastic into what I drink, while getting a big boost in nutrients. This isn't just about financially surviving Republican Price Gouging, it's also about trying to ward off the inevitable cancer ๐บ๐ธ normalized for as long as we possibly can. I just hope this will buy me more time now that being vegan is nolonger enough. ๐ #MECFS #humancanary #mycotoxins #environmentalillness #poisonedstatesofamerica https://www.instagram.com/p/CgW4tA2gxUS/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Another GLORIOUS SUNNY DAY to seize โ๏ธFREE SOLAR ENERGYโ๏ธ This is a NO ๐๐ฉ ZONE. No whining nor blah, blah, blah lipservice! OK, so you can't afford a full PV system, for many it's a legit excuse (for others is complete & total ๐๐ฉ!!!). But don't try to convince me you "can't afford" to hang your things to dry. Even when I lived in an apartment as a student and didn't have property to do this outdoors, I still had a bathroom with a bath tub and a shower curtain rod that I could hand my clothes to dry on, and I did it not just for the planet, but because I was POOR and couldn't afford to use a dryer, nor to ruin my clothes. I'm sure I still have some of those clothes as a result. In the pics there are several affordable examples. I'm making suntea (FREE), suncoffee (FREE), cooking in a solar oven (if you can't afford to buy one, watch a YouTube video & make your own, almost FREE). Around the corner & out of sight I'm charging solar lights & a solar speaker. In the pic are 2 panels charging batteries for a mower & generator starter. We can't control others, but we can control far more in our own lives than we're willing to admit, so please get off your behind & #dowhatyoucan . #nomoreexcuses #GoSun https://www.instagram.com/p/Ce6jRMaA1jv/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Just a reminder: While the rest of you paying high prices for gas and poisoning your kids air, some of us are paying ZERO & doing it in a sane, clean, sustainable way. You could too, if you REALLY cared. Quit whining, grow up, & do something good for the world for a change. Maybe you can't afford a full array, so start small then! Have fun with your family and start up a DIY solar project. Our dependency on fossil fuels decades after we knew of the problems is pitiful. #dowhatyoucan https://www.instagram.com/p/CeCndOfOQF8/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
