Yellow-Green's splatling specialist and woodcarver joins the roster of plushies! 3/4 of the YG members are done, with Blazer the remaining member left to go.

Bamboo is made using scrap fabrics I had lying around in my stash (felt, cottons, fleece), with the exception of a few materials I purchased (more felt, minky) in order to complete her. Her hat can be removed and the strap is adjustable, meaning the other YG plushies can wear it too. Her facial features are hand painted, her mouth hand embroidered.

I did not have any striped fabric for the shirt and could not find any in the color I needed, so I improvised by making my own. Though despite calculations and careful measurements somehow the stripes ended up not aligning on the main shirt for some reason. Pretty put out about that, but it is what it is.

My favorite part was making the hat. I ended up handsewing the entire thing as it would have been too finicky for my machine to sew given the curves. It's two layers of felt that have been heat bonded together with bias tape to create the rim and to hide the seams.

Unlike the previous plushies, Bamboo comes with her own personal Heavy Splatling haha.
