Like many of you we learned the news about George Perez today. Though never a Heavy Metal guy, Perez has always had our admiration for his tremendous gifts as a visual storyteller — few in the superhero game could ever touch him. These splash pages — starting with one from X-Men annual #3, considered by some to be the best annual ever published — show off just some of his genius. Hi again! So I've already mentioned this before, but right now I'm putting the Deltarune content on hold for the time being so I can focus on my senior year of classes at KCAI (for about the next 9 months or so?). I understand if the content to come isn't your cup of tea, but A) I wanna branch out more and B) I know from experience how far behind I'll fall if I get back into drawing for anything other than school. There's going to be a lot more rougher, less substantial work getting posted here that should all related to my senior animation titled "Paisley." I'll be posting the content on my twitter first and foremost (twitter.com/AndrewKoblas) and I will rarely take much time to give much description about the works here (unless I really want to or get cool ideas as I'm writing them). I plan on posting the work to Twitter, DeviantArt and Tumblr in my free time, in that order, but that still doesn't take priority over actively making the work itself. So far, I have given a preliminary Animation Pitch and have the story beats figured out; the next new content will likely be story boards (but you never really know, lol). I might even have some animation tests, though I don't know how well each of my social media platforms handles that.
