Sad Headcanon-

I think that Spinkick’s family wasn’t accepting when he came out, and they kicked him out, which is how he ended up working for VILE. Spinkick spends the holidays with Flytrap and her family.

Flytrap’s parents died in a house fire when she was very young, and she was raised by her wealthy single (formerly childless) aunt. She had a good life with her aunt, but it doesn’t change the fact that she misses her parents.

Angry Headcanon-

Pre-VILE, Spinkick would cry when he was angry, but after being bullied for it at VILE academy, he finally managed to stop. Now, he deals with his anger mostly by yelling.

When she’s angry, Flytrap will usually find somewhere to sit alone and brood in silence. If she isn’t able to walk away from the situation, she usually ends up cursing at someone.

Fear Headcanon-

Spinkick is afraid of bugs. They creep him out and he can kill them by himself, but he prefers when Flytrap does it so he doesn’t have to touch a dead bug.

Flytrap is scared of fire, for obvious reasons. She doesn’t even like holding a lighter or a match, and stays at least ten feet away from any campfire.

Musical Headcanon-

Spinkick’s music taste can best be described as “action movie soundtrack” and his workout playlist sounds like a training montage from an 80s martial arts movie.

Flytrap is a pop and rock music enjoyer, however it’s all from the 70s and 80s. She got her music taste from her aunt.

Childhood Headcanon-

Spinkick did competitive dance as a child, and winning competitions seemed to be the only thing that made his parents proud of him. His past as a dancer is actually what makes him so good at fighting.

Flytrap was a bit of a “weird kid” growing up. She had friends and wasn’t necessarily disliked, but everyone agreed that there was something “off” about her. Her aunt insisted that Flytrap was a perfectly normal child, since Flytrap behaved just like her aunt did as a kid. (They are both autistic.)

Romance Headcanon-

Spinkick’s love language is gift giving. He loves stealing things to bring to Flytrap, whether its something silly like a traffic cone or valuable like a necklace.

Flytrap’s love language is words of affirmation. She loves complementing Spinkick and seeing him blush.

Appearance Headcanon-

Spinkick hates wearing sleeves. He’s the sleeveless hawaiian shirt guy, the sleeveless hoodie guy, and probably wishes that Countess Cleo would let him wear a sleeveless suit when he needs to dress formally.

Flytrap started wearing her hair in one singular braid after reading the hunger games in middle school, but switched to two braids halfway through high school.

Family Headcanon-

Spinkick is the second youngest of five siblings.
