Why is it true love’s first kiss?
The first kiss specifically?
(Never mind the creepy implications of kissing an unconscious person right now, that’s been discussed before)
Like, if the cursed person has found their true love way before the spell could take effect their screwed! “Sorry, 28th kiss won’t cut it. Gotta be the first kiss.”
Villains shouldn’t be making sure their victims don’t fall in love, they should be encouraging them to go out there and meet the one! “Yeah pal, you should totally ask them out! Don’t hold back either, it’s a new age, no need to wait for a simple kiss!”
And if people around the cursed one keeps insisting them to not kiss anyone, but be open to romance at the same time, the person would be all WTF? and could possibly kiss their SO anyway as an at a rebellion.
