Don't let people tell you we don't matter, don't let people tell you we don't try, and don't you dare let people tell you what you do isn't important. We carry the legacy of hundreds and thousands of men and women who have spun before us. Our hands and bruises tell a story of struggle, victory, and passion. People have told me time and time again colorguard is stupid, it doesn't matter, or its a waste of my time. Colorguard is like anything else you could do. We might not be cheerleaders or soccer players or even stars of football teams but we have a passion. A passion that takes your breathe away, literally and metaphorically, like any other activity. We do colorguard and we deserve just as much respect as every other athlete.
