Upon performing any #pulldownvariation, always make sure to brace, just as you'd do with any big #compoundexercise. Breath into your belly before your pull, exhale once your chosen bar is at the top of your chest, and inhale again before your raise the bar back to its starting point. The #spinalstability will ensure that you don't arch your #lowerback, especially as the weight gets heavier. Here's a smooth, controlled 100x10 using the #magbar.
